For Emergency Repairs that are catastrophic and time sensitive, call the 24/7 Hotline and you'll be connected to someone who can help you right away!
#3: Service Call Visit
Upon request, The Warranty Guys will pair you with the right technician for your issue. These technicians have been investigated, background checked, drug screened and skills-tested to make sure that when they enter your home you are safe and well taken care of. This is not something we take lightly and it goes beyond a piece of paper that our service partners provided to us in their interview.
This company was founded by family oriented, hard-working guys that would want to make sure that the people in their own house, around their own children were safe and secure and that is exactly the same benchmark we use when sending someone to your home!
Additionally, with our third-party software you will be able to see your technician's biography, picture and told the vehicle they're driving, all while watching them drive to your house on a live map. This takes all of the guess work out of the experience and allows you to rest assured knowing you'll be well taken care of!
